3 Step perm treatment process that is a great service for unruly brows, curly, sparse, or downward growing brows. It straightens the eyebrow hairs to create a more sleek and full look. Must keep brow dry for 24hrs after service (Brows must be done and clean) NOT recommended if you're pregnant or breast feeding NOT recommended if you are on any Retin-A or Retinol NOT recommended if you have eczema or psoriasis around the eye/ brow area.
