At SBL Skin Studio, your comfort, care, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Our policies are in place to create a respectful, seamless experience for both our clients and team. Whether you're visiting us for the first time or are a valued returning guest, we kindly ask that you review our guidelines regarding appointments, cancellations, and service expectations.

APPOINTMENTS

Your appointment is exclusively reserved for you. A credit card is required to secure your booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged 50% of the service fee.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING FEE

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost or forfeit one session from your package

NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service cost and forfeit any deposits.
LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Arriving late may reduce the time allocated for your service, and we will need to conclude your appointment on schedule to accommodate the next guest.

CHILD POLICY
To ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that children under 12 do not accompany you during your visit. Please make alternative childcare arrangements.
SERVICE REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with contraindications that may pose risks to themselves or our technicians, habitual latecomers, those with a history of late cancellations, or anyone exhibiting disrespectful behavior toward our staff.
PARENTAL CONSENT

All customers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
